Korea 2011

Greetings :)

It's been 2 days since I came back from Korea and boyyy I miss it so much ! Korea is a beautiful country ~ if you guys ever have the chance to visit Korea, go ! but I recommend you to go during winter for those who live in a country that has no 4 seasons like Malaysia . try and experience the new season :)

We arrived there safely at Incheon Airport around 9:00 pm +++ and went straight to our guest house.  The owner of the guest house is very kind .

First day (Wed, 7/12/11)

One of our tourist guide, Abang Azri took us to the Blue House, Cheonggye Stream and King Sejong museum. To go there we need to take a subway . it was fun and also tiring plus the weather was around 3°C (if I'm not mistaken) . We filled our hungry stomachs with korean rice + small octopus/squid at a small shop in Insadong . Visiting the Blue House means that you are visiting the President's house . so the rules are very strict.  For instance, you can't take a video recorder inside and you are only given 3 minutes to take a picture. it was interesting though . The best part was the Cheonggye Stream ~ because it was already dark when we reached there, the scenery/view was so amazing and beautiful . Can you imagine that the river was dirty in the first place ? but look at it now, it is so beautiful and it is now a popular spot for tourists to come . when will our country have something like that ? hmm :\ . Last stop was King Sejong Museum . King Sejong is a wise and brilliant and smart man to me. he created the 'Hangul' which is the Korean alphabets.  after a long walking day , its time for us to head back home .

Second day (Thurs, 8/12/11)

We went to Nami Island with our guide, Abang Ammar . because of Nami Island is out of Seoul, we need to take a train to get there . the total time to get there was like an hour . The weather was freakin' cold ! Seriously even the Koreans admit it . Nami Island ... how can I explain this ? hmm .. one word . WOW ! haha really really wow ~ the place was full with big trees, cute statues ... really awesome ~ It wasn't snowing that time but I heard that it is really beautiful if you there during the snow . guess what ? it was snowing the next day T___T . we ate rice+kimchi+egg . sorry I forgot its name . after having fun ,  its time for us to go home .

Third day (Fri, 9/12/11)

Abang Azri took us to Namsan Tower . but before that we went for Friday prayers at a mosque at Itaewon. after that , we had lunch at a Turkish Kebab Shop.  so delicious ~ we took a yellow bus and off we went to Namsan Tower . we entered a teddy bear museum ! the teddy bears are so cute :3 We can see the city from the top (tower). I really love the locks of love <3 gaaaa so romantic ~ hahaha next stop was Myung-Dong . shopping time ~ Abang Azri took us to Eversing and SPAO . but too bad there aren't many SHINee's merchandises T___T so we went out to look for other shops and finally I bought  a box of SHINee's pen ~ end of day 3

Fourth day (Sat, 10/12/11)

Last day T____T Abang Halian took us to Namdaemun for shopping . before that , we walked at the train station and I saw so many soldiers ... and my eyes were wide opened to see if Heechul is there . hahaha but no , I didn't saw him . back to shopping , I bought so many souvenirs and some kpop merchandises again ~ we ate grilled fish . really really really delicious ! the shop owner asked me , 'mashisseoyo?' .. yeh ~ then its time to go back home and pack our bags . hummph I really felt like I don't wanna go back . let me stay there for a few days more , or maybe for a few months ... we left for the airport around 8:30 pm . was sent by Mr Ho and Mrs Sun . thank you :) 

and so that means goodbye Korea . till we meet again , InsyaAllah :) 

This is what I observed during the 5 days in Korea ;

1. Most of the guys love to spit and smoke 

2. They mostly walk so it means that they are healthy (stamina) lah kan ? 

3. You will see that most of the people in the subway will sit alone and keep themselves busy playing with their phones, tabs ... 

4. They sure love coffee ! you will see that they are many coffee shops in the area you're staying . (anywhere)
